uff

One more weight is removed from my shoulders... uff... it is OVEEEEEER!

Have you seen the movie Love Actually? The moment when the girl Sarah gets to have her love Karl come to her place? Well, she unlocks the door and asks him with straight face to give her few seconds. She enters the door, goes around the corner, and out of the blue starts to jump up frantically out of joy and silently shout her lungs out... then she puts straight face on again and appears in front of Karl to invite him in. Well, that is what I kept on doing "behind the corner" the whole day today :o)). Yep, I am insane... hihihi

Freak waves...

This is quite fascinating... it seems that the modified version of nonlinear Schrodinger equation, which describes the water surface and nonlinear waves, is probably correct. For over 30 years the scientific world has considered this equation as improbable.

One of the examples that the equation describes is the New Years Wave that happened in 1995, known as well as the Draupner wave, which confirmed the existance of freak waves. If such wave occurs, a mass of water climbs up to build a water wall, and when collapsing the water can hit the surface with a force equal to 1000t/square meter.

That WAS A MATCH!!

Hell of a match... 1:0 for Russia in 1st period, 1:1 in 2nd period... In the 3rd period we scored first to 2:1, then Russians for 2:2, us again 2:3 and then Russians scored in the 58th minute and ended the match 3:3...

There was additional time for 10min, that could have been finished with golden goal... and after 8min we scored... We head to semifinals... Russia goes home.

But to be honest, Russians were so incredibly unlucky and Ovetchkin missed some really obvious chances.
On the other hand, our goalkeeper was excellent (as well as Russian Sokolov).

Well done to both teams.

Now we are waiting for our semifinal team... either Finland or Belorussia... GO BELORUSSIA :o)))!

Yet another memory..

This and next week there it is the so-called "Holy week" at Czech high schools. Holy week is the week before graduating exams. All 4th year students get this week off, in order to get ready for the exams.

At the end of the week the exam takes place... It is funny that during the duration of the two Holy weeks (different classes have the holy week in different week of this month) I also need to study to have the exam come straight afterwards... I hated the Holy week...

But not to sound negative, I actually enjoyed what I studied today... Hmm... I guess I should prove it and get back to finish my today load of papers. Plus, if I recall well, there should be the ice-hockey match, what a great way to study... :o)

One has to see it to believe it!

I am so pleased, Jani, you were online... as this was really a memorable moment and I am so pleased I could have shared it with someone... and with whom better than with my, among other things, study partner :o))!!

I have 21 points out of 27 from the microeconomics test. And altogether 24/30.
And what is the great part about it, this was my last subject!
Just did the counting, I have passed 78 subjects altogether. Cant believe there were so many.

So now there are 2 state exams to go and writing the final thesis and I am done. :o)

My deepest appologies for previous inaccurate naming as a "friend"...

His highness, the Royal leader, the king of Egypt, Dody the 1st (correction done by the author) told me that a night before the exam he feels great as he knows he cannot do more (he knows the book by heart, including the prologue and epilogue, i bet).
The very day, after I take the exam I feel great as I know I cannot do more (the exam is over! :o)).

Quite different approach :o)

It's hard out there for a virgin...

BERLIN (Reuters) - A brothel has become the first in Berlin to offer special deals for virgins with prostitutes trained in the delicate art of catering for customers who have never had sex, a German newspaper reported Friday.

The brothel in the red light area of the Kreuzberg district of the city charges 60 euros for a half an hour of sex and works within the laws of Germany where prostitution is legal.

"These are men who either never had sex before or have never been in a brothel before," the brothel's operator was quoted as saying in Berlin's B.Z. tabloid.

"It's the first house of love in Berlin that specializes in taking care of beginners," wrote the daily on its front page.

Prostitutes are given "sensitivity training" for first-time clients, who the brothel operator said are not necessarily young but often 40 or older: "They need to be aware of how much courage it takes to go to a brothel the first time."

If anyone needs the services, guys... ;o)

Rats to look for mines in Colombia.

There is currently a programme for training rats to sniff mines run in Colombia. Rats have equally good smell as dogs but their advantage is that they weigh much less than dogs, thus when finding mines it is very unlikely they will manage to set it to blow off.

Well, hope this programme works out... Colombia will be flooded with cute rat army to clean the land... :o)

czech language

... these analysis always make me laugh...

A friend asked me ... How do I write the word "zpomalit" ... with "Z" or "S" in the beginning...?

I said I am convinced it is with "Z" ... my friend answered, I thought so too but when I wrote ZPOMALIT it looked weird...

Few seconds later, he said... Oh, SPOMALIT looks even weirder when written... must be "Z" then.

That is how Czech language is done :o)

Tuesday picnic

The only necessities that one needs for a hilarious picnic are:

- box of KFC chicken strips
- 2 bottles of wine
- 4 plastic bottles
- straws

Our two Canadian friends had a great idea of inviting us for a picnic in the nature. The weather was great, though it did rain (as I said... like three drops!! :o). We went to one huge wild park that is in Prague, where we sit on a cliff.

The most exciting parts of the picnic were:
- watching one couple making out on the other cliff opposite to us... the girl actually did take her t-shirt of!
- finding out all the things that straws can be used for, including undressing ;o), blowing bottles into the distance, etc. (blowing the paper cover off has lost its beauty when discovering all the new possibilities)

- seeing a leg being licked by one tongue... huuuu... wild!!
- playing baseball, soccer and handball with glass and plastic bottles... which turned into...
- hitting heads of each other with plastic bottles, ...that turned into
- girlXguy fight... sleeping bag has also many ways of how being used :o)

- sliding on the socks near the edge of the cliff, while being tipsy... not good... do not recommend, the drop might hurt
- one exciting trip down the cliff cause of certain urge... :o)

- and all this ended with ice-creammm... cool!
- I cant remember more... thought i admit i had intentions of stealing certain špagátek ;o)...

It was fun...

Prague from different angle...

5-10 min from the place where I live in Prague there are really cool green "wildlife" places :o).
It is great to go there for a walk and you can literally get lost how huge the areas are.
One of them is the water dam, which is so famous for its ice-skating :o), surprisingly we even have our own nudist beach there...

We took a stroll there today with Jana, we even sneaked into the swamp area though did not really managed to be unnoticed, as all the places were packed with people ... :o)

Just under the appartment block where I live, there is an old living area, including this little church, 5min from there is the swamp area... which belongs among the protected areas of Prague.

Oh, btw, butterflies suck!

hilarious sms...

I got this hilarious sms from my sister on behalf of her boyfriend Ilya.

What are you up to? Ilya is asking if you need to be kissed under a tree ;o).

hihihi

How considerate of him :o))! My answer was though that I have not been kissed for so many years that no harm will be done adding one more to it...

For those confused:
1st May is day of love in Czech... and guys actually do a favour to a girl if they kiss her under a blossoming cherry tree, as that ensures the girl will blossom herself as well fot the upcoming year and she will not dry or fade.

For guys:
I really pity those guys who do not live in Czech republic...
Imagine that:
* one day per year you are allowed to whip any girl you like as hard as you want and even get drinks for it.
* one day per year you are to allowed to kiss a girl under a tree and she should be willing and glad to let you kiss her.
* and what is the charming part about it... 30th April is the day when witches are being burnt... So on that day you can burn all ugly girls and straight the next day, on the 1st of May you are left with only beautiful ones to be kissed!! ;o)

Take that, Bembridge Scholars!
