How to earn money...

I was going by a taxi to our office in Bangkok. As we arrive I see that the meter shows BHT 60 to pay. I ask the driver if he can write me a receit. After some struggle with explaining since his English was poor, he understands and starts looking for a paper. He takes out a notebook and once he opens it, a teddy bears face is looking at me. It is a notebook from childrens' hospital. He starts writing the receit. When he gets to the part of writing down the sum, he looks up, points at me, winks, and writes down BHT 100. I stay staring at him, he takes the BHT 60, I take my teddy bear receit and we part our ways. I guess that how it all starts... :o))

Another journey starts

Today I have arrived to a hotel in Bangkok. There are few tasks I need to finish here within the two days before I move to another place.

It is strange to be back but good to be in the same hotel as last time, it makes it less stressful, especially since I know the environment around.

Some collect stamps...

I think I have not yet mentioned that as some collect stamps, my passion is collecting "driving car in different countries". I find it simply amazing to have a chance to sit in a car in a new country and try their roads...

I drove jeep in Thailand... it was the first time for me to drive on the other side of the road. It is not easy, especially when one keeps on turning windshield wipers instead of indicators :o).
