sv. valentine's trip

St. Valentine's day is a strange day to celebrate. On the other hand it is a useful event that brings advantages, in this case it meant two cheap return tickets to Brussels. It was to be a girls weekend and it was amazing. Two of us were visiting a friend living in Brussels and thanks to so many overtime hours we could leave already on Thursday afternoon (28 Feb).

We wondered around Brussels, got to see Brugge (!) as well as we have visited Ostende and spent some time by the sea. Some days were sunny, some cloudy but altogether it was splendid. Btw, the museum of musical instruments is awesome!

And here I shall stop as the next thoughts that were coming to my mind were cool though negative complaints and since Belgians hate that about us, Czechs, I shall hold myself back for now... ;o) ... I am visitting my relatives today, so I will have the whole afternoon to talk about this... :o)

Btw, the most important thing is, the weekend was called... "The Blue-eyed-blond-male-weekend".

Oh, and the little Maneken pis was wearing probably Maltese clothes... he is too tiny if you ask me. And I was bit sad that the Jeanneke pis, the little peeing girl, was there all naked?! I would call that a discrimination :o)
