A trip to a roof
I live in a block of flats. It is the highest building in my area. The building is on a hill and we have a great view from the 8th floor. Few days back we went to a roof which is 5 floors higher. The roof is flat and there is no railing... looking down means going on knees as the wind is strong and falling down would probably hurt a bit.
But the view is so cool and so different.

I doubt you were checking the view... :PPPPPP ... rather am inclined to believe it was some other rather tall view that was being checked thoroughly. :o)))
It sounds cool what are you saying about the view. I've just been at the mountains this week and I had a wonderful view at 3700 m. It was great.
