I guess it all depends where he is from. If I understand your post correctly, you said "3rd floor (EU citizens only)" Assuming he is an EU citizen, he does not need any visa to come here and work. Unless I am incorrect in thinking he is an EU citizen.... is he?

after re-reading the title of your post I guess you can disregard my question of if he is from the EU.....
I guess I'm already sleeping :)

He is from 3rd world country but I am EU ciziten... The comments are really good btw... as this is exactly the mistake I did when I went to the Foreigners' police today.

I went to the 2nd floor where there is department for non-EU countries, cause I thought my bf is non-EU, I should apply for Invitation letter there. (Horrible waiting times)

But as EU citizen (Czech) I should apply for the Invitation letter at the 3rd floor and it does not matter what nationality is the person that I am inviting.

So far I am more afraid of getting new and new visa for him. I wonder if it is gonna get worse or easier with Schengen. :o))

And we should definitely hang out. I was really busy this week but I will call you to go out.

How long will Ondra be around?
Dont worry about your English nor Czech, mine are probably as bad :o)).
