New year, new look...

I decided I don´t like the old look of my blog so here is the new look... I am tired and I like it just for the sake that I can go to bed now :o). I even tried the Mike look (Monsters inc.), the Sunflower Look and rejected all the other blog templates as not nice ones...

Jani, thanks for all the advice as that has made all the difference... ;). I was sitting here only few hours and not days as I expected.

Sleepy time now...

he..he..give me a little bit of credit; Good composition and lighting require good taste but equipment does matter because the good one give more flexibility for photographer to create beautiful pictures.

How do you like FZ3? Will you recommend buying it? I've read good reviews on the camer.

There is new one FZ30 which is much more fabulous. :o) (I call it the father of my camera)

Regarding FZ3, well... I do not use much of the possibilities of the camera as I am only learning photography (so lightning is bit advanced for me :o))... so what you see on the photos is usually how the camera takes photo when you simply "push" the button :o).

The camera takes great photos of nature or buildings or even night photos.

But the problem is that taking photos of people is quite bad, the pictures are blur and bad (or rather say the faces). Everyone has to be 100% still for the photo to turn out well... I do not know though if it is just my fault by using the wrong programme.

But I love the camera, of course. That is my first one (that i bought myself) so I cant say too much bad about it :o). I like it, I am not demanding :o). And if you are a good photographer you can make great pictures with any ;).

Oh, and as soon as it gets bit dark - dusk, the pictures get also blur.. unless you use the flash... BUT the flash makes hell of a difference! I can send you some photos to show you if you want... But as I said, I do not know much about how to set the lighting so that makes the photos bad as well, I am convinced. :o)

Or if you come to Prague, you can try to use my camera and see for yourself :o)

To learn about lighting, lookup for the concept of shutter speed and exposure.

When it gets dark, your shutter speed drops down below 1/60 seconds. Anything under 1/60 seconds will require a tripod or really really steady hands :)

for flash, get an external flash that you can adjust manually. In a room for example, you can use the flash to hit the ceiling to soften the light instead of hitting your subject directly.

Yeah, send me some of your photo samples and I'll take a look at it.
